We have so much love for this community and we are extremely grateful to our customers, our team members, our vendors and the town for every opportunity we have been given throughout the years. 

Flair and Mix are going to permanently close on March 1st. We are going to unify all of the resources we have in our other location (Fratelli's Plantsville) so that we can continue to provide our customers with the best food and service we possibly can.

We are going to be fusing our menus, so many of your favorite items from flair and mix will now be at fratelli's all the time including our ricotta fritters, cream of cauliflower soup, grilled lollipop lamb chops and many more starting March 1st! 

You can also continue to order full cakes (like for birthdays or weddings) and desserts through Fratelli's as you did with Mix. Just give us a call and we'd be happy to make you that cake! 

Gift certificates/ cards from Mix or Flair can be used at Fratelli's and there is no time limit. It is not like you have to use them within the first six months or anything. Whenever is good for you is fine with us. Also, if you have a special event let us know and we'd be happy to host it! Fratelli's Plantsville opens at 4pm Tuesday - Sunday and we hope you come dine with us soon! Sincerely, The Delgado Family
